Paid Social Media Manager

We are seeking a high-energy Paid Social Manager for our Eagle Hills team to coordinate social media (Meta(TikTok) as a revenue driver for a portfolio of global luxury hotel brands. In this role, you will be focused on creating and managing best-performing ads that convert interest into direct bookings.

In our department, we prioritize "daily agility over monthly reports." Your job is to stay ahead of the curve, mastering the latest trends and navigating the complexities of the  algorithm changes to ensure our ads remain at the top of their game across Meta and TikTok.

What You’ll Do

  • Ad Management & Execution: Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, focusing primaraly on direct-response and booking conversions.
  • Real-Time Optimization: Use daily performance data to optimize bids, audiences, and placements, ensuring we remain agile and responsive to market shifts.
  • Creative Iteration: Work closely with our creative team to iterate on ad assets, providing feedback based on real-time social performance data.
  • Algorithm Mastery: Stay at the forefront of social media advertising trends, specifically managing strategy adjustments required by the Andromeda algorithm and other platform updates.
  • Coordinated Performance: Align your daily tactics with the broader revenue goals defined by the Performance Team Lead to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Data-Fluent: You don't wait for a monthly report to make a change. You use real-time data to make informed, daily decisions that drive performance.
  • Creative Strategist: You know that a great ad is a mix of data and storytelling. You can give insights to creative teams on what works and what doesn't.
  • Open-Minded & Flexible: You are excited by the intersection of AI and advertising and are ready to adapt your workflow as new tools and strategies emerge.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with a proven track record on Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of social media advertising trends and technical algorithm changes.
  • Proven ability to manage high-spend budgets while maintaining a strict focus on direct-response KPIs and ROI.
  • Strong collaborative skills for working within an agile performance team and interacting with AI-augmented creative labs.
